Product Counterfeiting is the making of a product which so closely resembles the product of another as to appear to be that product. It encompasses Intellectual Property, Copyright Infringement, Trademark Identity, Patent Infringement, Brand Name, Domain Name, Plagiarism, and Piracy. In the U.S. it deprives legitimate companies of 200 billion dollars a year, and is growing.
